Baked Fish with Hot and Spicy Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
1 bn Fresh, clean spinach; stems
-& center vein
-- removed
1 sm Bunch fresh clean
-cilantro; stems removed
1 Egg white
3 Cloves garlic
1 tb Grated fresh ginger
2 ts Soy sauce
2 ts Dark sesame oil
1 ts Hot pepper flakes
6 oz Swordfish; (4 Each)
1 bn Fresh, clean spinach; stems

1 Egg white
3 Cloves garlic
1 tb Grated fresh ginger
2 ts Soy sauce
2 ts Dark sesame oil
1 ts Hot pepper flakes
6 oz Swordfish; (4 Each)
Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together. Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
