Baked Fish
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Panfish fillets (perch;
-trout, whitefish)
4 ts Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 lb Panfish fillets (perch;

4 ts Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Dill weed
Place fish in a 10 inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and dill. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield 2 servings.
