Baked Custard
INGREDIENTS:
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/2 c Sugar
3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
Sprinkles of Nutmeg
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
1/2 c Sugar
3 c Milk
1 ts Vanilla
Sprinkles of Nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together, pour into 1qt casserole or custard dish. Sprinkle with Nutmeg. Set baking dish into pan of water. Bake at 425' for 45 minutes. Let cool (or eat warm) Refidgerate.
