Baked Corn Chex 'n' Cheese Custard
INGREDIENTS:
1 cn Creamed corn
1 cn Whole kernel corn
1 lg Onion -- chopped
1 md Bell pepper -- chopped
2 oz Jar pimiento -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
Red pepper -- to taste
2/3 c Milk
1 Egg -- beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 c Butter -- melted
1 cn Creamed corn
1 cn Whole kernel corn
1 lg Onion -- chopped
1 md Bell pepper -- chopped
2 oz Jar pimiento -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
Red pepper -- to taste
2/3 c Milk
1 Egg -- beaten
1 c Cracker crumbs
1 c Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/4 c Butter -- melted
Combine all ingredients in order given; mix well. Pour into greased 2-quart ovenproof casserole. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
