Baked Chicken Salad From Oster Kitchen Center


INGREDIENTS:

9 Potatoes, grated 1 Egg, beaten
4 Slices bacon 2 tb Sour cream (heaping)
1/2 Onion, chopped 1 Dash Salt
1 c Milk, boiled 1 Dash pepper
Put potatoes into colander and press out juices. Cook bacon and keep the fat. (Vegetarians omit meat.) Combine potatoes, bacon, onion and hot bacon fat, and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour milk over top. Pour on egg and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until light brown on top. Serve immediately or let flavors blend overnight.
