Baked Carrots
INGREDIENTS:
18 sm Carrots
1/3 c Butter
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1/3 c Boiling water
1/3 ts Cinnamon
18 sm Carrots
1/3 c Butter
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1/3 c Boiling water
1/3 ts Cinnamon
Scrape or pare carrots and place in casserole. Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add water and blend well. Pour over carrots, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
