Avocado and Pomegranate Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg Very Ripe avocado pear
1 pt Semi-skimmed milk
6 oz Pineapple cubes
1/2 c Ice Cubes
pn Salt

6 oz Pineapple cubes
1/2 c Ice Cubes

Scoop the avocado out of the skin. Discard the stone and put the flesh into a liquidiser or mash it. Add to the milk, ice cubes, ice cubes, crushed pineapple chunks and salt, and process until thoroughly blended in and the whole mixture is nice and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve with a swizzle stick of celery.
