Avacado-Lime Jello Salad
INGREDIENTS:
1 lg Avacado; peeled, cubed
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Grated onion
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1/4 c Sour cream
1/4 ts Salt
1 cn (7.5-oz) crab meat; drained
1 lg Avacado; peeled, cubed

1/4 ts Salt
1 cn (7.5-oz) crab meat; drained
In blender or small mixing bowl combine avacado, lemon juice, onion & Worcestershire sauce. Blend or beat until smooth. Add cream cheese, sour cream & salt. Blend well. Stir in crab meat. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
