INGREDIENTS:

Zucchini 3 x Garlic, cloves
Green pepper, small 1/2 ts Cumin
Onion, small 1/4 ts Chili powder
Cucumber 4 tb Olive oil
Tomato, large 12 oz V8 or tomato juice
