Apple and Orange Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cornish game hens 1 1/2 c Water
1 pk Pecan rice Salt and pepper to tast
2 Cornish game hens 1 1/2 c Water
1 pk Pecan rice Salt and pepper to tast
Place rice and water in crock pot; stir well. Place Cornish hens on top of rice; add salt and pepper. Cook over low setting 6 hours.
