INGREDIENTS:
1 x Swiss steak cut into Peeled & sliced
Serving pieces 1 x Medium bell pepper
1/2 c Flour Seeded & sliced
1 x Medium onion 2 c V-8 or tomatoe juice
1 x Swiss steak cut into Peeled & sliced

1/2 c Flour Seeded & sliced
1 x Medium onion 2 c V-8 or tomatoe juice
Place onions and bell peppers in bottom of crockpot. Pound flour in the steak (seasoned with salt and pepper) with a meat mallet until meat is tender. Brown in hot oil, and place in crock pot over the onions and peppers. Cover with the V-8 juice or tomato juice. Set on low and cook until done (it is OK if it cooks all day).
