INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Stew or fondue beef, cut 1/4 c Tomato sauce
-into 1" cubes 1 qt (or more) orange juice
2 T Curry powder -Salt & pepper to taste
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate 3 T Oil
1/4 c Molasses
1 lb Stew or fondue beef, cut 1/4 c Tomato sauce
-into 1" cubes 1 qt (or more) orange juice
2 T Curry powder -Salt & pepper to taste
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate 3 T Oil
1/4 c Molasses
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
