INGREDIENTS:
1 Pork tenderloin 1 T Oil
-(approximately 1 lb.) 1 md Onion, chopped
-Bacon to wrap tenderloin 1 T Finely chopped parsley
-Olive oil 2 c Sliced mushrooms (1/2 lb.)
-Italian seasoning 1 1/2 c Rich beef stock
-Salt, pepper and garlic 4 oz Dry white wine
-powder or crushed garlic -Dash of cayenne pepper
--SAUCE:-- 1 t Fresh lemon juice
1 T Butter or margarine 2 t All-purpose flour

-(approximately 1 lb.) 1 md Onion, chopped
-Bacon to wrap tenderloin 1 T Finely chopped parsley

-Italian seasoning 1 1/2 c Rich beef stock
-Salt, pepper and garlic 4 oz Dry white wine

Sear meat in frying pan approximately 2-3 minutes over high heat quickly, then spread olive oil over meat and season with Italian seasoning and rest of ingredients. Wrap tenderloin completely in bacon. Broil or grill 6-8 inches from
