632766 Individual Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb Pork tenderloin 1/4 t Salt
1 T Oil 1/8 t Pepper
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/8 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 lb Pork tenderloin 1/4 t Salt
1 T Oil 1/8 t Pepper
1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 1/8 t Garlic powder
1/2 t Dried rosemary, crushed
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush pork with oil. In shallow dish combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Coat pork with crumb mixture; place roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under. Insert meat thermometer so the bulb reaches the center of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. 2-3 servings. Submitted
